Simple Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

For 4 people ()

  • 1 pound(s) Chicken
  • 1 Tony Chachere's Seasoning
  • 0.5 cup(s) Vegetable Oil

Directions

This is very easy to do, but is a great week night recipe.

1.  Get your chicken of preference - chicken breasts, thighs or drums (I prefer boneless thighs) and rinse it off.  

2.  Once dry put in a pan and coat with vegetable oil.

3.  Garnish generously with Tony Chachere's seasoning.

4.  Cover and marinate in the refridgerator 2- 3 hours.

5.  Get the grill or smoker to medium heat (350 degrees) and put the chicken on, leaving the lid open.  NOTE:  If you close the lid the vegetable oil will cause the fire to flare up, so leave open.

6.  Cook with the lid open 25 - 30 minutes, flipping the chicken half way through.
