Simple Cedar Plank Salmon


For 2 people ()

  • 2 dash(es) Tony Chachere's Seasoning
  • 2 part(s) Salmon Fillets


1.  Soak the cedar plank in salted water for at 1-2 hours.  

2.  Wash the Salmon fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.

3.  Squeeze half a lemon on top of each Salmon fillet.

4.  Sprinkle Tony Chachere's Seasoning on top of the Salmon fillets.

5.  Place the Salmon fillets on the Cedar Plank.

6.  Heat the grill to low-medium (300 - 350 degrees) and grill 20-30 minutes, until the internal temperature of the Salmon reaches 135 degrees

**TIP:  For enhanced flavor, add some Alder wood chips to the grill for a smoked salmon flavor.
