For 6 people ()

  • 1 teaspoon(s) Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 Pork Loin
  • 0.33 cup(s) Olive Oil


This is a very simple and great Pork Tenderloin Rub recipe.  Get a standard Pork Loin at the store with no pre-seasoning.

1.  Mix all of the spices in a bowl.

2.  In a large zip lock bag, add the Pork Loin, mixed spices and olive oil.  Generously mix everything together, ensuring the seasoning is spread evenly all over the pork loin.

3.  Let marinate in the bag at least 3 hours.

4.  Heat the Big Green Egg or Grill to 350 degree's.  

5.  Place the pork loin on the grill and let cook on each side for 10 - 15 minutes.  Once the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, remove it from the grill and seal in a tight container - let it rest for at least 20 minutes.

6.  Slice & serve!
