Fantastic Cole slaw, easy to make (a non Vinegar based slaw)!

Cole Slaw


For 8 people ()

  • 7 cup(s) Shredded Cabbage
  • 0.5 cup(s) Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Pickle Relish
  • 1.5 tablespoon(s) Honey
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon Mustard


Mix all the ingredients in the recipe together, pour over the cabbage and mix well.  Cover and let refrigerate for at least 2 hours.  Drain the excess liquid through a colandar and serve cold.
