The Flaming Rooster Turkey rub will give your turkey breast a well balanced flavor of smoke, spices and a little heat to compliment that natural turkey flavor very well.
In a small mixing bowl mix the below ingredients together.
Remove the turkey breast from the brine (if you brined it), rinse and pat dry.
In a gallon ziploc freezer bag, pour 1/4 Cup Olive Oil, add the Turkey Breast(s) and then the mixed rub (THIS RECIPE MAKES ENOUGH RUB FOR 2 - 3 TURKEY BREAST). Mix well together in a bag until the rub is distributed evenly all over the turkey. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
